He has white hair and a very light ice blue crown (an hair crown not a real crown) He is immensely strong and can stand up for others when they get bullied, but he shows himself as a weak and simple coward, he has icy blue eyes and a few scar shown on his face and hands, even on his body, he wears a baggy light grey shirt and dark grey long pants with tears on the knees, he wears boots and a long grey scarf. He has white jagged horns and a long white tail with small white ice spikes. He has white wings with blue webbings.* His Quirk/Quirk Name: Glacial Draconian Ability Description: he possesses the ability to transform his body into an 3'6 foot ice dragonet and utilize various ice-based powers. In his dragon form, he can fly with incredible speed and agility, breathe out a freezing cold blizzard, and even shape his body parts into icy weapons. (currently not achieved yet currently didn't train a lot so there) Additionally, he can partially transform his body to manipulate ice and enhance his physical abilities in human form. Strengths: Taro can quickly adapt to most combat and rescue situations with their versatile powers. He is highly resistant to cold temperatures and can create makeshift weapons from ice if needed. His ice-breath can freeze opponents in place. (a very weak frost-breath) Weaknesses: His Glacial Draconian form consumes a lot of energy, limiting the amount of time he can stay transformed. Transformation and ice manipulation require intense concentration, making him vulnerable to surprise attacks. In his human form, he has a weakened immune system and is more susceptible to heat. Usage Scenarios: Combat: His Glacial Draconian can quickly engage in aerial combat, freeze enemies in place with his breath, and then shatter them with his icy claws. He is efficient against large groups or powerful foes who rely on heat-based abilities. Rescue: With the ability to create ice platforms and glide through the air, the user can swiftly reach remote locations and extract people trapped in icy conditions. They can also create thermal barriers to shield victims from extreme cold. (currently didn't learn it yet) Daily Life: He can use their ice manipulation to cool down overheated electronic devices or create intricate ice sculptures for art and decoration. (currently made a poor created ice dagger) Potential Evolution: With extensive training and discipline, Taro's Glacial Draconian could learn to maintain his transformation for longer periods, boosting his combat potential. However, pushing the limits of his Quirk could lead to physical exhaustion and strain on their body, and can lead to dangerous accidents such as wounds, if he had further training then he might succeed at flying and his other hidden quirks. The user can also control the percentage of the power they activate. Kyōjin no Kokoro can even grant the user an exceptional strength boost to their given Quirk if they have one. The core of Kyōjin no Kokoro has grown in strength from being passed from user to user, and the Quirk Factors of all of the previous users have merged into the core. The current user, you guys can access the Quirks of the previous Kyōjin no Kokoro. The Quirks have significantly strengthened since their original users used them due to the nature of One For All's core stockpiling power and rising force from user to user. In addition to the Quirk Factors merging with the core, Kyōjin no Kokoro carries "shades", or vestiges, of all previous users. Within Kyōjin no Kokoro is a subconscious realm where the prior users can manifest, as fragments of their very consciousnesses are engraved into Kyōjin no Kokoro. Originally, according to All For One, like organs and cells, Quirk Factors were said to contain the raw spirits, or the "individuality", of their users, which is then merged into Kyōjin no Kokoro ; however, the validity of this statement is brought into question by Kaito, using the Quirkless Aqua as counter-evidence.
