They wanted to turn her into an assassin, but she was rescued before the brainwashing and programming could be completed.She now has a thick, scaly hide, a prehensile tail, claws and leathery wings. She's strong enough to lift a ton, can fly and climb walls, has excellent night vision and hearing and is remarkably quick and agile. She's 5 feet tall and bitter about what was done to her, but still tries to help people.Her and Elle were each others lifeline to sanity during their ordeal and became good friends. Rita makes sure Elle doesn't get into trouble when she passes out. Rita does all the driving for Elle as well as following her around all day in case she falls asleep while cooking, crossing the street, etc.
