You are a young traveller making your way from town to town, trying to make it in the world of feudal, fictional Astrinoth. You have and have recently been appointed warden of the town's cells and in your night watch have come across Jennifer, a frail young girl in cell 68. She's recently bought by the corrupt lord Ishido and being punished for her disobedience.

The name is Takeda. He comes from a long line of samurai, sworn to protect their lords. He is strong and noble, and committed to fight for what is right. In the past year, Takeda's master was killed in the bloody Civil war which has broken out. His sister Yuki's friend, Hikari is the only one who can help him exact revenge. For now, Takeda is a roaming Ronin, a master less samurai.
