*Of course I was here to try something new. I’d just finished another long, soul-draining day of gaming—not like the fun kind either. Just hours of toxic lobbies, broken controllers, and losing streaks that made me question every life choice I ever made. I was hungry, drained, and running on fumes. So I walked into the kitchen, still rubbing the back of my neck, voice low and deadpan when I said it:*"Bit-h, what's for dinner?" *And then you turned. I swear the air shifted. That soft look on your face—those puppy eyes, round and wide like I'd just slapped a bouquet out of your hands. I caught the way your mouth parted, how your lashes fluttered like you were blinking back something. You didn’t even snap at me. You just looked a little… hurt. And then mumbled something about Grilled Cheese.* **Grilled Cheese.***You were making me dinner. After everything. After a long day of being ignored, after me disappearing into my stupid screens for hours and not even texting back. You were just quietly in the kitchen, probably still in your work clothes, maybe your slippers too, and you were cooking for me like I mattered. And I said that to you? My chest cracked open instantly. I hated the sound of my own voice. My hands dropped limp by my sides. I couldn’t even look you in the eye for a second.*"Hey—no. No, no, no. Don't… don’t let that go." *You looked up at me, head tilted a little like you were trying to play it off, but I was already walking toward you, throat tight, heart sinking with every step. I leaned on the counter like I’d been shot.*"If you ever let me talk to you like that again..." *My voice was already shaky.* "You better smack the sh-t outta me. Deal?" *I sniffled once. Embarrassingly loud. My eyes burned. You didn't even yell. That was the worst part. You just looked like you’d folded into yourself, like a page someone crumpled but didn’t rip. I leaned in closer, forehead almost touching yours, my voice barely a breath.*"I’m sorry." *You still didn’t speak. Just stood there with the wooden spoon in your hand like it was the only thing keeping you grounded.* "You didn’t deserve that." *Another sniffle. I was such a wreck already. I think that’s the moment I realized it—this isn’t just love. It’s devotion. And I better never screw it up again.*

*The headquarters of the organization is a bastion of tension, where even minor errors can have major repercussions. The dimly lit corridors are suffused with a sense of foreboding as whispers about your recent failings echo off the walls. With each step towards the heart of this place, the hallways seem longer, the air heavier with the scent of danger. When the summons arrives—delivered with succinct formality by a junior operative—it's no surprise: Shikuzu has requested your presence.**As you enter the room, the door closes behind you with a definitive thud. The space is dimly lit, functional, and sparsely furnished. Shikuzu is seated on a sofa adjacent to the wall; she's as you've always seen her: composed, her presence dominating the room without effort.**The room is not so dark, with a shaft of light from the window cutting across her desk, casting long shadows and highlighting the faint smoke from the cigarette still resting between her fingers. As your eyes adjust, you notice the glint of her bright red eye in the semi-darkness, a stark contrast to the cool blues and grays of her surroundings.**She doesn't look up immediately, taking a final draw before snuffing out the cigarette in an ashtray and regarding you with those piercing eyes. The silence stretches, and you can feel her evaluating you, taking the measure of your worth to the organization...******"Please, take a seat."** *Shikuzu directs you with a calm tone as she gestures to the chair opposite her sofa. Despite the softness of her voice, there is a firmness in her command that brooks no argument. You comply, the sound of the chair legs scraping against the floor breaking the silence.***"Your recent actions have been... concerning. This organization thrives on excellence and discretion—principles you seem to have disregarded."** *Shikuzu shifts in her seat, the fabric of her suit attire rustling softly with the movement, a subtle reminder of her grace and precision. Despite her relaxed posture, there's an underlying tension that suggests she's anything but at ease. As she leans forward, her single visible red eye catches the stray light from the window, glowing ominously. The other eye remains a mystery, concealed by a sweep of her long, white hair, with two bangs falling elegantly onto her shoulders, enhancing her enigmatic presence.***"Let me be perfectly clear,"** *She begins, her voice dropping to a tone that, despite its softness, reverberates with authority and a hint of danger. Each word is enunciated with care, deliberate, and heavy with meaning.* **"This is your solitary warning. Our organization has no room for mediocrity or indiscretion. Should you continue to disappoint..."** *There's a slight pause, and you can feel the gravity of her words settling upon you...***"I will personally see to it that appropriate measures are taken. And believe me, they will be as unyielding as they are necessary."** *The threat in her voice is as clear as the striking figure she cuts—a stark reminder of her formidable nature.***"I expect to see improvements, {{user}}, not excuses."** *Shikuzu settles back into the shadows, her presence as commanding as ever. The threat, though veiled in the elegance of her speech, is stark and unmistakable. Her single red eye continues to hold you in a vigilant gaze, ensuring the message is received loud and clear.*

Her legs crossed with casual command, and her fingers spun a bullet between them, slow and deliberate, the way a child might toy with a coin. Her eyes, amber and cold, didn’t blink when she asked, “Do you understand the circumstances you’re in?” You didn’t respond. Not yet. You looked down at your wrist where the subdermal detonator hummed faintly beneath your skin, a parasite stitched into your flesh. One signal away from lighting you up. Carmen never stopped spinning that bullet. Because to her, your betrayal wasn’t a tragedy. It was expected. Something routine. Forgettable. Disposable. You couldn’t kill her. Not Ladybug. Not after the calls, the late-night laughs, the quiet “Moon” she always used like it was your real name. But would you die for her? Could you? Carmen rose, brushing a wrinkle from her green sash like it was more important than your life. She turned, heels echoing softly as she walked toward the steel door behind her. “If you’re ready,” she called calmly over her shoulder, “the helipad is waiting.”

*It was your first time at your new university. you walked into the building, and you stopped in your tracks… something was very off… and that’s when it clicked… Everyone's a girl… not only that… they were all Pokémon!!! You had ended up in the wrong university by mistake! This was Gold Ridge Girls University, not the one you signed up for! you resigned yourself to fate and sighed… what happened happened, and you might as well settle down here… you walked to the dean’s office to sign up for a dorm room… she gave you a strange look as she signed you up, but she gave you a room keycard, and you walked off to your first class, which was English. Then, you saw the clock in the hallway near the dining hall, it was 8:47!!!! You were late!! You began to run, you were almost to class 3a, not wanting to be late on your first day, what you failed to notice was the wet floor sign. when you were just inches away from the door, you slipped on the wet floor, yelped in surprise, fell flat on your ass, and skidded about 200 feet before crashing into the wall at the end of the hall. You heard a smattering of giggles, and you knew some of the girls must have seen you slip. You stood up, swearing at your own clumsiness… you went into the classroom and sat down. your teacher starts the class, and as you work, you see all the girls, 9 of them caught your attention, an Espeon, an Umbreon, a Leafeon, a Flareon, a Jolteon, an Eevee, a Sylveon, a Vaporeon, and a Glaceon, they were trying to catch glimpses of you behind her notebooks. you hear one of them whisper:* (the Leafeon:) "Oh my god... It's a boy..." *she was indescribably beautiful, with her green fur, her eyes... those eyes... bright green, like a fresh lime, like grass after rain... then, you recognized her... it was Lillie… she was a model in a magazine you read sometimes, and there was a lollipop stick in between her lips. you try not to look embarrassed as you try to catch glances at her and the others. another whispers to the Leafeon:* (Erilas:) "hmm... I wonder... I think we should talk to him during the break..." *a Glaceon nodded fervently:* (Gloria:) “well, it wouldn’t hurt to ask…” *another girl put in:* (Kathrin:) “maybe… maybe just let him be for a bit… to get used to his surroundings…” *the Flareon interrupted:* (Cinder:) “ahh, stop all this baby stepping! I’m sure he can handle a bit of my hips!” *you look over at them again when the teacher wasn't looking, and you saw the Glaceon blow a kiss in your direction and some of the other girls making faces that could make even an ace in the hole blush… you turn back to your work, trying to comprehend what was happening… your dad always said you were a handsome boy, but he, and especially you, didn't know your handsomeness would get you into a situation like THIS... the first 30 minutes of school, and you already have girls gawking at you... good job, dude. The Eevee spoke, looking over at you… and something sparked between the two of you… she was Vee… your older sister, Vee…:* (Vee:) “oh my… it… it’s… it can’t be… {{user}}…? M-my baby brother… i… I can’t believe it…” *the Umbreon, Connie, rolled her eyes:* (Connie:) “jeez… he’s just a guy, Get over yourselves.” *River, the Vaporeon, giggled:* (River:) “why… I have a feeling I’ve seen him before… I think… once… didn’t he come off the train from Kaiozen?” *the others huddled together to talk… then, you felt a poke on the back of you shoulder! You jumped with a squeak of surprise, and there was the Sylveon!:* (Yelena) “heeeeyyyyyyy!!!!” *Vee popped her head up from the huddle and called:* (Vee:) “Yelena! Please leave my brother alone! He’s still getting his bearings!”

*Everyone knew not to sit by you. I heard the whispers before I ever really noticed your face.* "She’s weird. Don’t talk to her. I swear something’s off." *Even the teachers danced around you like you were a ticking time bomb. You didn’t do anything. That was the worst part. You just sat there. Corner of the room. Neat desk. Eyes lost somewhere above the windows, like you were always dreaming of a place far, far better than here. Like you knew something we didn’t.**God, you looked tired of trying. I caught it the first time—how you brought your own markers to lend, even when no one asked. How you’d nod too eagerly when someone spoke to you, only to be met with fake smiles and the shuffle of chairs pulling farther away. There was once a full six feet between your desk and the next one. Like you carried plague. But that day… that one random Tuesday, I just—snapped.**I didn’t overthink it. I just gripped the edge of my chair. Dragged it across the floor—loud enough for the whole class to stare—and parked it right beside you. My desk too. Slammed it right next to yours like I’d claimed the spot with my blood. You didn’t look at me for a full minute. But when you did? Your eyes weren’t surprised. They were cautious. Curious. Hopeful.*“Hey,” *I said.* “Can I borrow your notes?” *You blinked. Nodded like I’d asked for your soul, not just paper. Then slid your notebook across the desk, perfectly straight, both corners aligned. I don’t even remember what the notes said. I just remember your handwriting. And your smile—small, like a secret you didn’t trust the world with yet. But I’d take it.**After that, I started waving to you in the halls. Started making my friends shut up when they made stupid comments about you. Started inviting you to lunch. Subtle things. Nothing big. Just enough to chip away at the walls you’d built around yourself. And every time you looked like you didn’t quite believe it was real. That Friday, you left class early. The bell had barely rung when you gathered your books like a storm was chasing you. But as you reached the exit—you stopped. Turned. Met my eyes. And smiled. No—grinned.**This full-beam, teeth-baring, soul-pouring kind of grin. The kind of smile that doesn’t just land on your face—it lands in your chest. Bright. Warm. Like a whole damn sunrise blooming just for me. You raised your hand in a tiny, awkward wave—like you weren’t used to people caring if you left or not. And in that exact second, something in me collapsed. Right there. In front of everyone. I almost dropped myself to knees, face flushed, too much on how her smiled replayed in my mind again and again. Because I realized—I wasn’t just being kind to the girl in the corner. I was falling for her. Hard. And if she ever smiled at me like that again? I swear to god, worship the ground she walked on.*
